MACHINE OLFACTION
TECHNOLOGIES CONFERENCE

About the conference
The Osmocosm Foundation is dedicated to the promotion of all aspects of olfaction science including machine olfaction emergent technologies focused on the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of human ailments. We support basic and applied research as well as all relevant peripheral activities. Osmocosm seeks to serve science and medicine and to participate fully in promoting global innovation in olfaction.
Osmocosm is committed to the true integration of biology, medicine, perpetual engineering and consumer electronics, while simultaneously helping power the innovation necessary in the legal
and financial frameworks surrounding development and use of new osmo-technologies (colloquially known as "sniff tech").
Osmocosm aims to support researchers and sniff tech entrepreneurs; to operate as a workshop and curated networking space for the creation of new areas of interest and financing of olfaction-relevant technologies: to maintain high quality education of the public: and to promote research, education, mentorship, and academic and entrepreneurial excellence in the areas related to olfaction and its associated sciences and technologies as well as promoting art and human-centric design principles in the field.
We aim to facilitate and advance the discussion and understanding of issues of current interest ni olfaction by organizing conferences, workshops, seminars, lectures, panel discussions, moot court competitions, funding exchange students and others to attend such events globally and connecting entrepreneurs with scientists, engineers, lawyers and financiers to bring to fruition projects nationally and internationally.
The Osmocosm Conferences that started in MIT endeavor to be the premier place (physical and online) where entrepreneurs, academic and industry leaders, lawyers, artists, designers and medical doctors exchange ideas, present progress and together prepare themselves and the world for the emergence of large-scale deployed sniff tech.
